Buying Virtual Assist (VA) - with great English, SEO +

I'm looking for someone smart and hardworking to be virtual assistant (VA). to write articles, do submission, other office tasks and some light SEO - will teach and give direction. Please send your rate, samples and skype.

What system do you usually use to count the hours your Virtual Assistants worked? Hourly job is more complicated than "pay-per-deliverables" so how much work do you expect from your VAs in a week? For example, 20 articles written, 10 ezine submissions, 20 forum comments, etc...

Most importantly, how much are you paying per hour?

I usually use hours as references, and when send a new butch of work we agree on hours/rates. If you have a better system I will look into it. I let VAs tell their hours. Most cases it's up to $2/hr, but there are exceptions.

I stated clearly that I have about 20-30 hours per week as this point with more hours as we go. I will have more for someone with better skills even right now.
