    I'd like to have an IT Solutions company, I have the techs already, thing is what is a reasonable percentage I should obtain from them on each job they complete or be monthly job.

    Take 60% from the profits if they don't know the real numbers , it might sound brutal but you'll need the cash to grow . If they know the real numbers pay them per month , it will be tricky to maintain the finances in the early days but once things start rolling it will get better . In the second case don't forget to keep up the happiness and loyalty levels .
