    Yes. I know that and I have only an account at moneybookers as my country supported. and when I requested money exchange with him , he cheated me . :)

    So I'm telling members here not to make any work with him .

    He bought the theme through paypal ( that's correct ) but wasn't be able to verify payment because the paypal account with him is not his own . (FRAUD)
    **Pakistan Not supported by paypal.
