Get the original, quicker, easier and if you value your time it'll be cheaper too.

Here are the steps for removing water mark from the image :

    1. Use pen or Pen or Magic Wand tool for the selection of the watermark
    2. Then go to Edit>Fill and choose the option :
Content-Aware for Use, Normal for Mode and 100% for Opacity
    3. Press ctrl + D for deselection through which you can see watermark space filled with the background color
    4. Now by using Clone Stamp Tool, removing the outline of the watermark text image

You could Photoshop them but in most cases why not just buy the original? It will be a lot quicker and should provide good value for money. If you are using it effectively I'm sure it will pay it's costs 100x over.

It would help if we could see the images. Also if they are watermarked do you have permission from the original owner to remove the watermark? Honestly, with the time it usually takes to remove a watermark, you might be better off just buying the original. Good luck!

You can remove watermarks from images easily by using "Snagit". Snagit is easy to use & very useful for many things like making and removing watermarks.
Another best way is Photoshop, it also helps you in this matter

Open the image in Photoshop CS5, and select the “Spot Healing Brush Tool” from the toolbar. You can also press J to select it.
Select the option Content Aware Fill on the toolbar at the top.
Press [ or ] to increase or decrease the size of the brush as required, and carefully paint it over the watermark.
Release it, and the line is gone.

^ This. Be aware that you may also encounter some legal issues if you choose to remove a watermark without the original owner's express permission.

That Depends on Watermarking complexity on the image, if this is more dark or no of watermarks are too much, then there is no chance that u will get same quality of image after removing the watermarks, but if these are light and less, then u can do that with loosing quality!!

U may use tools of photoshop for that purpose, like use Stamp Tool, or Mess and many more

    :)

It really depends on the background of the image, I mean if it's a watermark on a black background then you could just do a cut paste job over it, watermarks are definitely inconvenient but you can get around them if you're smart enough, otherwise it might just be easier to buy the original image, there are lots of cheap stock photography sites out there.
