Hi turbobit support team,

I had just register as premium user on 10 april 2012 and started to download files using Jdownloader as my download manager. Currently i am having problem of frequent disconnection. Before that, i am had been using download using uploaded.to, filesonic and hotfile. There is no problem frequent disconnection while using these downloads.
I also had post a complain tickets (#ITS-575-14031) on turbobit support center and there is no reply until today.

Please advise.

ps: i had just tried download using browser and the result still the same.

 

I have the same problem with you too, a frequent disconnection. I tried using JDownloader and IDM but the result is the same. Dear turbobit please advise us how to solve this problem.

I am a uploader on Turbobit since 2/2012 I have many premuim sales with my links, I cant request a payment because I have sell with paypal (45 days) on some purchases the 45-day period is exceeded, but every time I hit 45 days I have another purchase through paypal and I must wait another 45 days ... and again and again and again ... so As I have sales by paypal I cant request any payment

My first sale by paypal is since 21/02/2012

So since 2/2012 i haven't receice any payment because i cant request it , so what i can do ?

I have registered with turbobit.net few days ago and since then i cant download anything ! what's wrong with your website and for how long it will be down ??? Can somebody answer me for this ? if not i would like a refund because i dont wanna pay for something which doesnt work !!!

Look.. I am downloading using 1 PC, I never share my username to anyone else. I just bought it for 4 days and I got this?

It is the first time and last time I will buy premium account from you.....

Your service is really bad, first you don't answer my last question about frequent disconnection and second I got banned for the reason I've never done.

Could you please unblock my access?????

45 days are Hold for check of purchases of PayPal and Credit cards. 45 days are checked purchase on refund and fraud.

Extremely bad after sales support. I had file a paypal dispute claim for refund.

 

I already sent you the PM 2 days ago and never got confirmation untill now.... what a bad customer service......

I think you're a bit confused about the 45 days waiting period.
I have received my second payment already, have been with them since the end of january, and I am already waiting for my 3rd payment, making sales almost every day.
Once a purchase is older than 45 days, it gets added into your "Available for Withdrawal Balance", and you can request payout. The "Available Balance" does not get deducted from the "Current(Total) balance until the payment is completed.

If lets say 46 days ago you made $50 in sales, and 2 days later you made another $40, you have a 'Total Balance" of $90, with an "available balance" of $50. You can withdraw the $50, and tomorrow you would be able to withdraw $90, and so on...

Click "Make Request" to ask for a payment.:

You're welcome, glad you got it figured out. I thought that might be your issue, I had the same problem, took me a few extra steps to find the "Make Request" link too!

Hi Turbobit Support Team:I recently purchased a premium account 4 days ago and now I am getting errors like this: Error! Your Premium access to download temporarily blocked.Reason: Limit reached by the use of premium from different ip addressesEnd time of block: 2012-04-25 05:20:26You can go to free download file.Does this mean I can download again after the END TIME OF BLOCK? I am using a TPLink range expander which may have a different IP address than my main DSL router because the signal coming from the main router is sometimes weak. If the signal from the main router is very weak my PC might be connecting to the range expander that is placed inside my room, which is probably the cause of the changes in IP address. Can you please check on this as soon as possible because I need my premium account back. This happened with my Filesonic premium account before but they reactivated my account immediately. I am currently using Internet Download Manager for downloads and I can still downloads files on queue which were started yesterday but I cannot download new files. I tried to look for the email of the turbobit support team but I cannot find it. Its a good thing I found this site. Please help. Thank you

 

payments are not automatic after the 45 days...Did you hit the "Make Request" button? Did you schedule a payment?
