    No, i dont. I actually sleep very less ( up to 4 hours ) to be able to do everything that i have to do, online or offline.

    I usually take six hour sleep which is quite sufficient and even after that when I feel sleepy than usually go for a short break and do some uncommon activity which is not usual for me and that makes me again energetic.

    If you sleep on your desk frequently that proves your lack of interest while performing the task or you are too tired to work anymore. But i never sleep during my working hours.
