    We've had similar reports for people who had better results for Unique Campaign than Focused even though it's more expensive.

    SUPPORT Staff is extremely slow to answer even if it is mentioned that support is 24/7. Takes over 1 day to get a less than satisfactory answer.

    After having problems with a GEO Search Engine campaign (which is still not working after over a week)... which support is supposed to help me with.

    Getting ready to block payment from Paypal if problem is not resolved quickly. :(

    It took two weeks to get the campaign finally started. Worked for about 6 hours... now it's stopped again.

    There is a cooldown period of 12 hours between each allowed change on the campaign... and the support either answer at night on the same day, or the next day... with near-useless answers.

    The system doesn't support CCC.

    How long does your "location moving" take ?

    The location move was finished this Monday and we've been back at normal reply times.
    You haven't replied to your ticket for awhile and we haven't been able to help you because of that.
    A possible reason that it worked for search engine campaign is because once we started delivering visitors your page rank improves.
    So your website must have moved to a new page and you'll need to do an update to the page.

    It could be because you're targeting very specific countries, please submit a ticket to get more detailed look and response.

    Our support team has replied to every single one of your posts yet you refuse to resolve it with us and open a Paypal dispute.
    You are attempting to get money back for service already rendered to you.
    We offered multiple times for a partial refund for the remaining visitors but yet you refuse to reply to us.

    We have replied to your ticket and offered a resolution.
    Please respond to it and we'll get it worked out with you.

    Buyer's attempt to try to put our service down and refusing to work out a solution with our support staff.
    We've responded multiple times to his ticket and he does not respond, instead he opens a Paypal dispute.
    We have even offered him a solution to get him his refund, instead he escalates his dispute to Paypal.
    It's obvious that he does not want to work this out with us.

    This depends highly on what you mean by rate of return.
    If you let us know what you mean by that and we'll work out a solution.

    We suggest you hear both sides of the story before deciding of this.
    We've had a handful of happy client who use our service continiously without any hitches.

    You better be ready to invest A LOT of time if you want to take this service. I've invested several hours over a three weeks period and their 24/7 support has been less than helpful. All communications take at least 12-18 hours to be responded to (we have a good example right here on this thread).

    They are lying about trying to resolve this. I received 28 clicks out of the 240 that I paid for... over a three weeks period.
