I'm Christian and I'm a freelance graphic designer from Philippines. I've been serving DP People on and off for almost a year now with a good feedbacks.

Recently someone PM me looking for a Real Estate Website Coded with HTML/CSS

we already talk about this and both agree with his budget of $50 for the Web Design + HTML/CSS Coding. I know the price is very low but I'm really in need that's why I'm posting this because he back out.

I'm done doing the front page of his Website and have been coded it with XHTML/CSS.

He's reason of leaving me is just because I wasn't able to reply with some modifications of the site. but all his modifications has been made and ready to move to inner pages.

I PM him today. May 3, 2012. and I was shocked when he said he move to another designer because he taught that I back-out because of not replying. (How can I back-out when there's already a Website established?).

I'm very disappointed because I almost don't have sleep to make his website. I really need money to enroll for a summer class and he back-out because I didn't reply to him

I was planning of giving him a negative Itrader feedback but I'm afraid of giving me also one and worst to got banned here.

Please I need your suggestions/feedbacks with this case.

If you still have not sent the files, you should probably just let it go and possibly sell template you worked on.

 

do you still have the control of the files? if you have, then you have the right to destroy it.
next time, try to choose a reliable client.

 

I agree with 5starpix post, use this page as template you can earn little amount of money...Best of luck for your summer class...

 

If no real work has been actually implemented yet (E.G, he hasn't go the files and what not already up on his site) then the only thing you can really do is to just let it go.

 

You should obviously threaten him with anal plugs at this point. It's the only thing left to do.
