Hosting company with best tech support ?

Just signed up with bluehost but i hear if some thing goes wrong there support isent good ? What hosting websites would you recormend ? Im planning ahead incase some thing goes wrong. Thanks

 

You just sign up with bluehost or been sometime ? Since you concern lot on service , you might look for more reviews before choose a hosting providers.
It help you alot in making decision.

 

Been using liquidweb for years (VPS plan) their technical support is fantastic, very fast response times. No the cheapest but you only get what you pay for.

 

Host gator for sure. I've been with them for a while and they've been great. 24/7 online tech support by chat is great for my needs.

 

i recommend hawkhost, their customer support is fast response

 

researching it at the moment. What else ? I would like a c panel and unlimited websites for no extra cost

 

The package I have comes with cpanel as standard and I can host as many websites as I like. not sure about their other packages but worth a look.

 

i'm on Webair and their tech support isn't always perfect but they're solid

(I'm new here... should I not be posting in non-porn areas since my name is freepornblogger?? )

 

Oh btw, my personal experience with bluehost is this: When a problem arises, they will suspend your account without warning until you fix it. If you ask them for help fixing the problem, they MIGHT help you but their official position is that it's not their job and they will give you a link to their Terms of Service to prove it.

As far as tech support goes, Bluehost is absolutely THE WORST. Any hosting provider would be better than them, and I mean that quite literally.

 

May I know what CMS are you using? Are you looking for hosting that specializes in certain CMS? And also is the service fully managed or not?

 

Godaddy support is always pretty good. Always get a reply within 2 hours without fail when i have problems.

 

No im not. Im thinkin about if some thing goes wrong how much help bluehost is going to be ? Does any one use it and its fine ? i keep hearing that its bad although every time i hear that some one mentions webair so im thinkin its affilated. Also thanks MI im not worried about Go Daddy

godaddy is good as an domain registrar not the best with regards to web hosting.

My personal preferences for best technical support with good configs - hostgator/eleven2 for shared hosting , wiredtree/servint/knownhost for vps, liquidweb/hivelocity/wiredtree/servint/redstation for Dedicated Servers

 

Did you try Hostgator ?

I would like to suggest you hostgator,hostdime or mnchost for shared hosting .Hostgator for best tech support ,hostdime for better experience (they have there own datacenters ) and mnchost -> for faster & stable experience .

 

I recommend Host Monster. They have great tech support, and they have a limited time offer of $3.95/month hosting.

 

HawkHost as another user said is amazing, from personal experience I haven't had any problems with them so far, if you just need Shared or Reseller i'd check them out. (I have no experience with their VPS plans so I can't comment on those.
