    Hello Everyone


    I have protracted my Computer with a password, BUT there is a person in group who start my Computer without password i changed many times my passwords but he still can start my computer can anyone please help me that.

    I want to know how can any person start my PC when he do not know my password


    and How can I protect my PC so no one can start that other than me.

    It depends how they are getting in,

    - Ensure your password isnt written down anywhere.
    - Ensure there are no administrator accounts with out passwords.
    - Ensure the "Administrator" account is disabled via either the local or group security policy.

    Well, what is your operating system?
    Anyone can START A COMPUTER without password like using linux live cd or XP Password recovery software.
    Try to find out whether he is using above method then put a password to your bios settings after you change starting disk device to only primary hardware.

    Only thing I can think of is he has a keylogger. I would run a scan for keyloggers and rid them of your computer..Or just confront the person directly

    Probably an un-secure account in safe-mode.

    Stick a bios password on it. Then he wont be able to access it without opening up your PC and flashing the bios.

    This depends on Operating system, number of user accounts, strength of password, and many other things. Again, security of your passwords is also vital. Give some more detail and I may help you with this one.
