SCAMMER ALERT user "iorgus" sorry for the delay DP I was extremely busy!

You must ban this person immediately unfortunately this person here scammed me out of $320 bucks out of my paypal TOLD ME to file a dispute with paypal because he has problems with his paypal lol this is a joke this person never transferred my site also transferred some junk site to me for some sought of compensation because of some bullshit ICANN excuse he came up with this is absolutely unacceptable I completed my transaction many moons ago and never got anything but bullshit, I never ever had any problems here until now this is the worse transaction I made in all of my DP history and never received what I actually paid for how is this person able to keep their membership here I'm not sure! I will be posting this on the forum where I made my purchase to let everyone here know of this persons tactics. I was unable to keep following up with the forum because I had lots of business deals I was completing so I didn't have enough time to let the forum know of this problem and also after doing my research on the forum I found this is not the first time he scammed someone out of hard earned Money! Do Your RESEARCH! And Always use Escrow regardless of any urgency anyone is implying to you! If they seem to not have any patience move on most likely they are looking to scam you! if needed I can post my paypal transaction time and month and also all the bull crap excusing this person sent me month to month!

 

Sorry to hear that, I explained you very good the situation but you are not an understable person. I am not a scammer, I am an old member here with very good intentions and ratings, please the other 90 members which gave me the positive ratings.

The situation its this:

You wanted to buy my site and after that you didnt responded me for a few days and I sold the site to another buyer.
I transfered you another site for compensation, you agreed with this.

End of story. Because you didnt responded me for a couple of days I decided to move on with the sale to another buyer.

Thats dont mean I am a scammer.

Be carrefully when you make this kind of acusations!

Wait what? He paid you for a site but because he was unable to reply to you, you went ahead and sold it someone else? And then when he contacts you again, you don't refund him but send him a site he didn't mean to buy?

 

You didnt understand all story: I refunded the buyer and I got back the domain name and I sent other site just for compensation.

 

This conflicts with what he said. He says he can provide us the proof of transaction and the script between you and him. And he clearly says you scammed him.

 

This guy is nuts I wasn't able to write him over the weekend Sat and Sun he is selling crappy sites to multiple people and carrying over useless negotiations also he is currently asking me to give him a good itrader rating via PM then he will then transfer the site to me this is fucking nuts! I need the MODs to investigate this insanity, I'm here trying to save people from scammers and problems he cant even defend himself appropriately.

 

It's a scam really. When you paid the vendor and didn't get what he promised to sell you then he didn't fulfill his end of the contract. That's his first violation of the terms of your agreement. When he says you should settle your dispute with the payment processor (paypal) he's trying to throw you off balance with specious argumentation (second infraction). And when he promises you another thing for sale by way of "compensation" that's his third infraction. And it's because you didn't plan or intend to buy that alternative site either. You probably might not have agreed with the contract at all save for the original terms..

From what I understand, here is the situation:

1. liquidmedia buys a website from iorgus for $320 and pays via PayPal
2. iorgus cannot wait more than 3 days to transfer the site, so iorgus sells the same website to another member but keeps the $320
3. liquidmedia responds and iorgus offers another website. Clearly from the PM's liquidmedia wants the original website or a refund

If this is true, then iorgus you have scammed liquidmedia even if you didn't have bad intentions. When liquidmedia sent you $320 he satisfied his end of the contract. You are therefore required to transfer the site and domain to him, NO MATTER how long it takes him to respond. You had no right to sell it to someone else, even if you planned to refund liquidmedia.

Oh and BTW, iorgus, your last PM where you said your paypal account is limited to only refunds, that is perfect because he wants a refund!!! So whats the issue here? Give him his money back.
