Web-site administration decided to disable the option of file downloading for users from the United States. The reason for such a drastic measure is the closure of major file-sharing sites operating in the United States. In the case of improvements, the ability to download files will be re-opened.

 

Gah... I'm also trying to cancel my monthly subscription.

I've PM'd the Turbobit support (above me) who said to cancel via PayPal. However, PayPal has NO cancel button or option AT ALL for Turbobit.net. There is also no Subscription or Recurring Payments listed either. All I see is this...

It looks like that a monthly subscription is not a recurring one, but I can only assume that it is. I also never received any sort of email from Plimus.com, who apparently can cancel your subscription. You can't sign into Plimus with your Turbobit details, so there's no way to cancel from there. I've emailed Plimus on the off-chance they let me know how to cancel it.. IF they even know.

This is stupid. Never have I joined a site with such a difficult and confusing method of cancelling a simple subscription.

For crying out loud, this is getting pissing annoying.

Every sort of reply I get from these guys tell me to go to PayPals Cancelling Payments help page... fecking WHY?! These instructions are as useful as a chocolate teapot.

There is NO option on PayPal ANYWHERE to simply Cancel your subscription.. NOR does PayPal list the transaction as a Subscription or Recurring Billing... resulting in the total inability to Cancel ANYTHING to do with Turbobit. Seriously.. unless you mind having money taken out of your account each month without the ability to cancel... by all means join Turbobit... but the total lack of ease to Cancel a subscription is ridiculous. STAY WAY FROM TURBOBIT.NET!!
