    Hi Turbobit Support Team, I just purchase a premium account 2 weeks ago , yesterday Log in this time I found out my turbo access is block
    Reason: Limit reached by the use of premium from different ip addresses, the account is only used by me, but I have several computer, I only use one at a time to download. Why my premium account is blocked? Would you please help me to solve this problem.

    All kudos to Turbobit, great service, been using them for a long time. But that 45 day on sale hold period is just stupid in my opinion. Sure put it for first $200, $300 for new affiliates to make sure they can deliver quality sales. What about us, veterans? It takes 2 months to get payment now and that's so, uncommon?

    We make payouts through the PayPal (once per two weeks). Typically, 10 and 25 of each month.

    Sorry, at present to cancel or change Hold, not probably. It is connected to financial safety of payments.

    I just paid about $30 for a turbobit.net account. No word about that I cannot use it from the USA. Even not in the FAQ.

    Is that how you rip off your customers? Other filesharing services indicate upfront that it's not available in the USA.

    Turbobit doesn't answer me any emails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    Thought I would try TB for downloads mainly
    What a waste of money and time, 9 times of ten I get network tcp problem server timed out not responding in time

    No other site is subject to same problem so guess its a server bandwidth problem

    Also when I can connect a large percentage of the files fail with a cannot read source error ?
