    I would do it for 50c per post
    thats fair and equivalent to writing articles , timewise

    .10 per post, which many try to pay
    is like 1 dollar an hour
    no thanks

    The quotes posted thus far in this topic are ludicrous. I don't expect that the forum owner is expecting all of your posts to be of article length or quality, and therefore .10 - .15 cents a post is fairly reasonable. Charging .50 cents a post, unless you plan for the posts to be of written, quality article length and quality, is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing to real forum posters to think you could get away with charging that kind of price to customers.

    doesnt matter the length, lets say the post is 30-50 words. How long does it take to make a post? about 4 -5 minutes. So that is 12 posts per hour, working non stop. So 10c per post x 12 posts per hour is how much? Do the math

    Lets say each post is 30 words
    30 words for 10cents is equivalent to 1/3cent per word. My rate is 1c per word on articles

    If each post is 40 to 50 words, now you are talking .2 cents per word, equivalent to 1 dollar per 500 word article

    but wait, typing articles is nonstop typing
    posting on forums you post 30-50 words, then you have to start another thread or respond to another post somewhere so that slows your word rate down even more.

    this is a very low rate per hour for work, if you ask me , 10c per word,
    guys who advertise to pay that rate try to defend it saying its fair

    how is 1 dollar and change per hour , a fair wage?

    You say that like you have never been involved in forum posting before! No forum owner gives 50 cent per post for forum posting! That's way too much. 10 cents per post is the actual rate.

    @OP
    You should not go beyond 10 cents per post. You can easily get experienced forum posters for 10 cents per post.

    Until jakoob mentions how much he's willing to pay, I feel there's little point in speculating. However, Sk Nepal, I have to say rates for forum posting can and do vary. 10 cents isn't the actual rate. I've done quite a bit of forum posting in my time (some sourced from DP) and have been paid anywhere from 10 cents to 80 cents a post.
