Buying Looking for Quality Content creators .. you name your price per 500 word articles.

I am looking to hire some quality content writers. I will need to get a sample article from the selected writers I am willing to pay full price for it. I have been looking for quality writers for a while and if you can deliver quality articles consistently I can keep offering more work to you .


Things I am looking for

• Each articles should be unique .. no exceptions
• Once we make the payment we own the rights to those articles and it should NOT be used for any other work you might do in the future
• Quality - The articles will be used on my clients website , where people will actually read the content .. so if the articles does not meet our quality criteria we will ask you to rewrite it and payment will only be made for articles we accept.

Most of the articles will be focused on local business in Australia and at times targeting a specific suburb . So our topic might include things like " Car Wash in Clayton " , " Carpet Cleaning in Sydney " etc

• For the articles we ill give you the topic , and one keyword - we expect the article to mention this keyword ( 2 or 3 times - not a strict rule as we understand its not always possible without compromising on quality ) .
• For a local articles when a location is specified we expect the aticles to contain a and sentence or 2 about the location .
• For a 500 word article we expect the articles to be split up in to 3-4 paragraphs

A few questions :

• Will you be able to handle bulk requests ?
• What kind of turn around time do you have for articles that are roughly around 500 words ?

Sent you a message but wanted to ask a question - in past SEO writing I've done, titles were used as keywords and were supposed to be mentioned several times in addition to any additional keywords. I believe this helps with SEO due to the consistency of the terms between the title description and the content.

Would you only want the keyword specified at a density of 1-2% throughout the article or would you like the title included as a "keyword" as well?
