I can give you low quality work for that price. You are asking for a RIDICULOUSLY low price. If you want high quality content expect $0.02+/word. Medium quality you can find for around $0.01+. For this price I'll just take an article for another website change the wording some and hand it too you. You'll get what you paid for.

It IS cheap...but where is guarantee that you ll get NATIVE english writer even for $5?......that is the biggest question I have right now on this forum.....

 

There isn't any guarantee. There's no threshold at which native English writers will come crawling out of the woodwork to write for you.
But it's just common sense that as the wage offered increases the skill level, as well as the size of, the applicant pool increases.
