Forex winning who gonna payout?

    Hi,

    Anyone know if we're winning in forex e.g: $1,000,000,000
    who are going to do payout?
    Is the broker company itself or other financial institutions?

    I don't think you can play $1 billion, the max for most is 200 lots which is $20 million, you will need a special account or trader's status to earn that sort of money.

    The faith is who will pay us, the broker itself or they get the money from the market/investment banks?
    Where our money invested? We invest directly in the broker's company or the broker take our money invest in other places(banks/financial institution? Why all market movement same for all brokers, where they get the streaming market data?

    Forex brokers are not investors. They get the money from people who trade on their platforms. Majority loses their money, that's how forex brokers make profits. Some forex brokers who are larger companies might do investing, but it's separate from their brokering activities. You invest money with the broker and it's the broker who pays you back. Market data is freely available and brokers mostly use Reuters feeds. I hugely doubt you will ever be able to trade to the amount of one billion with any one broker. Even if, you'd have to start a private account approved by them and probably fund it with millions of your own dollars before they allow you trades with such payout.

    There are 2 type of borkers: The retail borker and the institutional. The retail broker is for the average people with regular amount of money. The institutional broker is for large investors, hedge funds and other companies who want to trade Forex with large transaction amount.

    Is it possible for a brokerage company going to bankrupt if winning too much from them or not going to do payout ?

    If your trading with a ECN broker then you are placing your trades on the market instead of going against the broker. The ECN brokers make money via spreads and commissions which is why they aren't affected by you winning or losing. One of the best ECN brokers is Dukascopy which is located in Switzerland.

    The money is paid buy the Broker there is no change of Boker to go bankrupt from winning to much.Broker pays you on time and hours your money unless is a Scam Broker those can give you trouble.Just choose a good Broker and dont worry about anything else besides trading and profiting.
