Bad experience from fiverr

hi. just to check if anyone has bad experience with fiverr?

 

Yes, I asked for a 300 word article, I got an article that it seems like a 5 year old wrote it. I had edit the entire thing.

 

My first experience was awful and I haven't used it since. I guess you get what you pay for.

 

Some gigs on fiverr is not that useful. One thing I hate their is to pay before the job is done.!

 

All fiveer provider are not scam.before buying something you need to look his/her profile also review page.

 

You get what you pay for...

 

I tried it as a buyer and a seller. I had mixed results, just like anywhere else. Sometimes I'd sell something and it was awesome, win win positive all around, other times I'd have these vague instructions and then get negative feedback for doing what they said, and I can't speak English replies to my questions... so yeah, same old same old. More things change the more they stay the same.

I haven't purchased any services on Fiverr, but I've had a pretty good experience as a service provider (touch wood).

 

And this is very demeaning to those who use Fiverr to get a start. Many freelance sites that do pay well require a portfolio and in order to get a portfolio they have to have someone that is willing to take a chance on them.

 

A few people on Fiverr do some great job, unfortunatly and like everywhere else on the internet, you got people who are just pleased by doing poo

 

Try to find people that have high ratings, and you should not have problems.

 

i dont trust fiverr because for just $5 you cant expect quality service .only 10 out of 100 are good that we have to find such service ourselves by filtering a lot of members

 

I have used fiverr a few times now and have had a brilliant service. As with anything, some are bad, some are good. Always look at their profile and positive reviews.

 

Not surprised. Before I spotted this thread I had never heard of Fiverr. Now I have looked at this site on the web, I am so proud of my former ignorance, it is just a load of childish junk. You mean to tell me that the purpose of this site is to offer solutions or any kind of waffle or product for $5 ? Must be a bad joke.

I would not give them a single cent for charity let alone anything else, in fact I will place the site with pleasure on my Internet banned list.

Well not everything is to be to everybodies taste. However, I have had banners and logo's made at the site and they have been absolutely first class. As previous posts have said, just because some give a bad service, doesnt mean to say all of them are bad. In the Business section and Social marketing, there are actually some good offers

 

I have mixed experience with fiverr .

Even , i don't want to point out seller or buyer .

All are Okay and satisfied because they are getting what they paid !

 

Definitely some hidden gems in there, you just have to test yourself.

Just don't plan to use any ONE gig to outsource major projects to. Small gigs here and there is the way I've made some money from there.

Hi, I have tried fiverr as a buyer only and got good service.
Once, have ordered animated gif for my site, ordered from a guy from USA. Excellent service, even after sale.
Second time, ordered articles for my website. Articles was re-written by student(girl) from Italy.
For $5,- got a couple of 850+ articles, as a base to re-write them by myself, to suite my requirements. Not bad!
There are really many good sellers, there.
And one more tip. You can order something more expensive from the seller by simply buying more gigs for the same job.
By the way, PM me if you have got any good Fiverr sellers. I am looking for directory entries, social bookmarkings and similar jobs. Thannks!
