    yes .. you can start using the coconut oil before washing your hairs with the proper oiling of your scalp.. Which will give you the better results soon.

    you just don't worry for this it may cause due to the usage of some harsh shampoo's and you can rid off by using coconut oil and by oiling your scalps before taking head wash . :)

    My hair is getting damaged day by day, also having some dandruff and severe hair fall. I have tried many things like hot oil massage, applying green gram powder, methi etc. so gimme an suggestion apart from this to get a long nourished hair

    Every people wish long and beautiful hair. But i have so many hair problem. I have been facing hair fall since 5 years. When i wash my hair it fall continuously. I have loosed half of my hair. Another problem is my hair is not growing fast. I tried so many process to recover this problem, even i have gone salon. But it does not work properly, it had a little bit help to stop my hair fall. Can you suggest me some tips to recover this problem completely.
