Absolutely correct. Digital point is good when compared with BHW. They just brag about best forum. Even mods are scammers there...

I just did a quick search on google and there around 100's of pages talking about bhw scams

Woah Shawn.. Did not expect that from you.Either you haven't taken a good look at what BHW is all about or you are being partial to your website. I would suggest taking a critical comparison of both sites and possibly consider how we can improve DP.

Honestly speaking, I feel DP is going absolutely downhill from where we were back in 2006 era. I have been absolutely disappointed with some of our policies and decisions..One of the things Im also concerned about is that DP almost feels like a monarchy. We dont have any channels of communication with the mods.. I tried posting some stuff in the premium members section to get some attention of the mods, but it got no response.

How do you expect a forum to move forward when the needs of what makes the forum(members) are not considered. I could rant on and on about our various shortcomings. I dont mean to say BHW doesnt have their shortcomings. Its simply that DP has a lot of potential but its not being utilised.

"In August 2008, eBay filed suit against Hogan and two other men accusing them of defrauding eBay and eBay affiliates in a cookie stuffing scheme.[2] On 24 June 2010, based on the same allegations and following an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), a grand jury indicted Hogan on charges of wire fraud and criminal forfeiture.[3] Hogan is presently being prosecuted[4], and is free on $100,000 bond.[5]."

    Cookie stuffing??? umm umm

This is somewhere from wikipedia I think.

Agreed... I don't know anything about BHW... as far as improving Digital Point, I'm more interested on improving it based on needs/wants vs. what some other site is doing. So I've never really seen a need to compare Digital Point to any other site.

There are a lot of ways we could improve DP. The BST needs an overhaul and so does the money making section. I wish there was an avenue where we could reach out to the staff with our concerns/suggestions.. that would be noticed and taken seriously.

If I would have to speak on this, I will vote in favor of BHW. I had used both the forums-DP and BHW and both have their own advantages and disadvantages. The best thing about DP is that it s completely free. It is better for begginers looking for some exposure or who want to test their skills before investing. We all know that this is the oldest community fir webmasters. Now unfortunately, this also goes against this forum in one aspect. As per my experience, the buyers do not pay that well here on DP. In brief, I will say that as a user, we should look for maximizing the positive points about a website or forum.

A lot more than just B/S/T and money making areas need an overhaul. I'd say it's safe to say all parts of the site need work (not just the forums). Anyone who says their site doesn't need work is foolish.

You can reach out to staff: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3
