why dp seller quality getting worst ??

why seller quality is getting poor ????
i had some really bad experience with seller here, be it, india or UK.

To prevent i get bash by mod here, i show some example :
1. I pay a UK programmer 500 upfront and he promise me complete in two week but i get nothing other then blame from n lose my 500.
2. I have some serious coding need to be done and some one actually offer me he can complete it for 150, what he want is deposit 70 first, but i reject cause he don't even know or interested to know what i want, his intention is clear, deposit first.
3. Same person which fail can come back to me again, wish request deposit again.
4. I reject to pay deposit, what i can do is escrow, but those seller accept it, before project start he said he busy with other project now but able to bid my project here.
5. Now i state on my thread abt escrow payment only, is very obvious, 1 day 10 PM become 1-2 msg but it still trying their luck to convince me for deposit.

why ? all because Itrader ? i can see those itrader is half lying and i really don't bother it, they don't even care, one negative trader n they can create 10 positive thread again . . . .

 

Only deal with highly rated members. Don't bother with new members or poor ratings.

I always offer payments in milestones. Or payment after work is completed.

If you buy a website over $100, always do escrow no matter what! Even if member have good ratings.

 

does i deal with good rating .... for example my 500 and months lose, is high itrader .... i even get scold fxck off

 

If someone could do the things right, then he won't ask you to pay before he knows what you want exactly.
Some Buyers and Sellers are scamming.
Few Buyer scams using time of a seller, few Seller scams money of Buyers.

I have faced few Buyers scammed my time. They scammed, as I take payment after finishing work.
But there are many good buyers and sellers too.

In your case elance or odesk is good place to save yourself. You can see the work progress.

i get even funny reply lately ...
some one offer me his skill and payment make after completion, but he need much longer time to do it, when almost reach dead line, he blame me for something that not even exit .....

another guy even better, quote me a exiting wp plugin for USD 10k, my reply to him is " way too cheap and i deny"

 

Most of the quality members have left, if you want to understand why just go and look in any of the sub sections. I hardly spend any time here now, and I know others hardly ever login to this forum any more.

 

yah kind of agree ... nothing much left here ...
