    Ha!
How pedophile is my topic name! Oh well, im sure it grabbed your attention:p.

I am starting up my proxy network along with a few arcade websites (that i wrote), and i have just bought a myspace adder script. However im having trouble finding Myspace profiles of the age group 12-16.

I cannot find them through search, the minimum is 18..

    What should i do?

    Thanks in advance

The best advice I can give you is to try looking for usergroups that cater to younger crowds.

Once you find one harvest as many as you can.

You should seach for a while until you find a profile that fits the description, if you are using adderrobot you can set it to add their friends list....who are most likely 12 - 16 aswell :)

You could search for people with ages like 68 or 99, lots of people in your target audience set their age to something like that. Browse for users with Education set to "High school".

The absolute best way would be to use google. The query below returns 189,000 14 year olds.

site:myspace.com "14 years old" "This profile is set to private"

Find a gamers group, even if they aren't in the age range they'll be interested in what your site has to offer.

You're not a Priest or a Senator are you?

Go through this forum and check out many of the signatures of members here. Many have sites for Arcades and Myspace stuff, most of which probably target this age group as well. Contact some of these members for exchange ideas.

First thing about successfully marketing on MySpace is to remove the "P" word from your vocabulary.

You may have seen some humor in your post, but can you imagine a search of the "P" word and MySpace turning up your page, site, or even this post.

I never thought of that, thankyou!

As for the proxy sites, my good friend owns a few VPS and he lets me use them, If i were you I wouldn't go into proxies at this time, school is finishing and the proxy market is already oversaturated.

EDIT: it won't let me edit my first post:(

I would suggest that you get some good myspace BOT. Google some that gives you an option of adding targeted members( You can target by age group interests gender) I will try to google it for you ;)

Look for some of the layout or html groups and layout profiles, the ones where kids provide lots of premade layouts. Tons of these kids are 16 or so.

A good way to find it, is to find one person aged say 14 or so, and add all their 14 year old friends and then theirs etc etc. Time consuming, but it will give the most valuable friends, for marketing.

I don't really trust the quality of the Adderobot friends.

Myspace marketing isn't worth the time anymore because of their restrictions on adding friends, messaging, posting bulletins. They are even cracking down on spam, you'll do all of this work just to get banned.

Of course, that's the purpose of adderrobot: To request quality friends. You can easily automate the friend requesting to any targeted niche you can think of. If you're using adderrobot, I suggest you use the "send to google" feature. Then you just type any niche search string (in quotes if more than one word), and you will friend request those search results. Requesting from groups is also a good idea.
