    All of those type of rela estate can be appealing. This being, purchasing land and single family house can be nice investments.

    foreclosure but definitely the way to go. All you have to do is go to your local bank and request a foreclosure list. The only amount of money they want is the amount old on the property.

    There are some problems that you need to keep in mind in the present economic system, for example you will need to create sure that you take into consideration the technique by which you need to create some money off the property. I think residential investment is one of the best and ideal types of investment.

    I also find refuge in land.. I own lots one i got very lucky on and it a cellular company rents a plot of it for a cell tower!

    I`d try to get into owning a decent size apartment complex, and sort out the tenants getting filled with partnering a realtor and pay the off set.
