    I need to create an interface for a company users to login to and to manage different sections and orders and stuff like that without logging to the CMS admin panel. The only access to the admin panel is the admin user who is me.

    Samples of the demos that I have found around for my purpose are:
    Turboadmin: http://69d0ef27.qqc.co
    Cleandream: http://d40f93e0.dyo.gs

    But those are plain html I need to get a theme or a template to use it at once.

    Wordpress would be the best IMO as you can set restrictions for each user and grant privileges as per your wish. Lots of plugins are available that would make your job easier as well

    With Drupal you can easily create such websites.
    You can create users groups and assign permission for different group.

    You can also use different theme for admin panel.
