Hi. I want some opinions about how much worth this site.

-It has about 29.000 indexed pages in Google
    -Is not banned by adsense
    -It's a home-made wordpress theme
-About 300 visitators daily from USA,Indonesia..

Thanks and I hope I didn't post in the wrong forum.

When I'm looking at buying a business/website there are a few things I look at. What is the quality of traffic? How much is the site making each month? If it's making money my default price would be 10-12 times monthly earnings. Then I'll look to see if there are other ways to monetize the site. If I can see the owner has not done a very good job I might offer more knowing I can increase the profit using other marketing strategies.

    Hope this helps.

It depends on the income that you make from the site and the time taken for you to make the site,
You should generally go with 5 times the earning and some $ for each month of work.

It doesn't matter how much time it took you to make a site, it just doesn't matter. Lets say I make a site and it took me 3 years to make it. It doesn't have any traffic, backlinks, and doesn't make any money. Would you buy it for $10000? It took me 3 years!! That justifies the price, doesn't it? Nope, it doesn't!

Who would buy a site that has no value.
and you should know that there would be no buyer for that kind of site,
also if your site is making 500$ a month then you can ask for 4000$ for that site.
And if the site is making that much obviously you might have put a lot of effort in the site.
also 3 years for a site is too much ...... :p

    Wow, Irony!
I really hope you didn't get my point there, otherwise you may have some serious problems. I was citing an example there.

"It depends on the income that you make from the site and the time taken for you to make the site,
You should generally go with 5 times the earning and some $ for each month of work."
    You said this.

So my point was that it doesn't matter how much time it took you to make the website, people wont pay you for that. I hope you understand my point now

There are many aspects to take into consideration when valuation websites.

    - How many unique articles are there on the website
    - How much visitors dos your website gets
    - How much it generates in revenue and profit
    - Is it unique service
    - Does it have custom design

But the most important one is revenue and profit, no matter how good is your service or content your website is worth close to nothing if it doesn't bring any revenue.

Since you don't have unique content and service then you can expect to sell it for 4-6 month revenue but nothing more because it is not the best website out there and there are millions of websites just like yours but with better content.

You can add estimated value calculations such as http://mcjonline.com/www/androidmaniac.net to your listing to make it look better.

The #1 component of a site's value is its revenue/profit. Having 29,000 pages indexed and not being banned by Adsense are all but irrelevant. You didn't mention income so I can only assume $0. I think the site looks pretty nice and is probably useful to visitors, but honestly, I can't even see it selling for $100 right now.
