How to earn $1-2 per Hour !!!?

Hi,
I have a situation, and I need some advice (help).

I want to run a small business :

• I've got a place
• I've got 10 PCs And internet connection
• I can hire 10 people to work 6-8 hours a day

These people can work with Internet (they know how to browse a website! ), they can't speak English well, but they can understand simple things.
They can do dictated tasks well (like open this website, login, click on that link | run this software, click on new, ... )
Also I can learn them some few basic things if needed !

$5 a day for them is a lot !

I'm php developer myself, and I can create a website for them to do their tasks ... (make it easier for them)

What I need you guys help me on, is that what can I offer them to do?
It needs to be a long term job, something that they can do every day.
They can't get payed directly! whatever the job is, should pay me, so I can pay them!

I don't want to do any illegal job (spamming, ...)!

How about outsource them on some crows sourcing sites, it's cheap but I believe it enough for them.

 

I think doing crowdsourcing jobs needs some skills (at least a good English understanding) !
I need something like writing captchas !

 

How about train them with a special skill such as posting some content on Wordpress based site, posting links etc then do crowdsourcing jobs.

 

You can post gigs like offers to create accounts on many sites where registration is difficult due to captcha.
In example they could build a web identity for a company on many forums - accounts with same username and password so company staff can post if needed.
They could also include some introduction post.

 

I want to know if there is any method that I can use without training those people.
because finding people that works for a long term job is not easy here, they may left the job after 1-2 months! (or maybe sooner!). then I need to train new hired people ...

 

Thanks, is there any source to get these kinds of jobs (like a website)? or should I find customers myself (I'm not very good at marketing)?

There are some sites available where one could do small jobs and earn small money. But they don't pay much. One of them is microworkers, etc. Search for more like it and you would get them.

Actually it is not so hard to earn $1-2.
You can earn it easily by designing logo and banner.
