adword and real estate have a very good combination. its like showing your stuff to the people who actually wanna see it .

this is how it works


1. People go to Google to Search for properties in Mumbai (For Example)
2. Your text ad comes up on 1st page
3. People click on it and Lands up on your website
4. You pay Google for that click (Only If people click on it)
5. To know more about your project or offerings, They fill up the enquiry form.
6. You contact them and rest you know what happens… Means More money for you.


but there is one problem

To Advertise on Google adwords either you need to learn it thoroughly (Because 1 wrong step can cost you thousands of rupees without getting any return) or pay an advertising consultant to manage it on your Behalf who charges a handsome Money to Set up your account and then to manage it for improvements.. When I was I real estate agent/REALTOR I used Google ad words to get traffic from out of town buyers to my site. The click was $.63. Around $5.00 for each converted lead with double opt-in verified email - about 1/3 entered phone numbers.

For phone numbers I had a system that notified me when they signed up. I would try to call them within minutes while they were still at their computer looking at real estate.

My custom autoresponder would also fire them an email to sign up for a portal on the local mls. I could look at their portal to see what they had been searching for.
