    Breakfast - wholemeal cereal such as weetabix and wholemeal toast, plus a protein shake with zero carbs

    Lunch - chicken breast diced cooked in a masala sauce along with twisty pasta - another protein shake

    Mid day - 2 pieces of fruit

    Evening meal - Grilled/Oven salmon with roasted vegatables and a handful of roasted potatoes for carbs

    Before bed - protein shake

    Fish -- hands down because of its omega 3 content and omega 3 being the single most important nutrient for health. Only thing with fish is the contaminants that may be in it which is why I recommend taking a pharmaceutical grade omega 3 supplement
