    Exactly, it was updated on January 20th. I used to use Buy, Sell or Trade forum for my business. Previously there were many spammers easily make a thread, and now they are fairly reduced because they need to be an established member first to start a new thread.

    Dear, I also used to use this forum for my business.
    But now this forum does not allow me to post new thread. It tell to write something and get at least 2 likes from established members. But I don't where to write and what to? Can you just help me out of this problem? Where should I start writing something useful so that someone can like that and I can be established member.

    According to new rules of DP, everyone should have to achieve at least "3 likes" from other established members and after then he/she will get authority to post a new thread into "Market Place" section.

    To achieve these "3 likes", you need to give your opinion to others and also share your useful thinking with others...hopefully it may be like to others member and you may got "like"...it's totally depend upon your share post and above all your LUCK also...

    You can try to write on "General Chat" and "Suggestions & Feedback" forum.
    Actually, it is 3 likes at least (not 2 likes). Write something useful, helpful, unique, or funny.

    Most of the time every person has a specialized knowledge in a specific field for an example: programming, designing, SEO etc, I guess you might have too, so use that knowledge to help others and try to contribute something useful to the community instead just trying to get likes, by doing it this forum will become a more useful place to everyone meanwhile you'll get what you seek.
