You have not privileges for like any one. When you will become a establish member Like Button will be visible to you. For become a establish member you need minimum 3 likes to your thread/post from Other establish member.

    Good Luck

You wanna see the like button, I'll give you the simple step:
    1. Post something useful for everyone.
    2. Get a 3 likes from that.
After you do that, like button will appear on your account in every thread, but don't ever...ever...ever ask everyone to liking your post. If you do that you will be BANNED!!!

That is certainly good advice and you outlined it very well but......if you know so much about how to see the like button, then how come *you* can't?:)

If you don't want to post to get likes, you can always buy premium membership which is the other alternative.

    No thanks, I don't want to be a leader. I'm not a megalomaniac. ;)

I just want to say that due to the fact that new members need to get "likes" from already established members, "kissing a***" in here is becoming so common it starts to bug me.

Yeee, I know where you will tell me to go, and what to do to myself there, but that is a fact. So many of the established members (and what more annoying, paid members with almost no post count or "likes") spread around the words of wisdom on how to get many "likes" just by posting (let me quote you black_paranoid) "something useful for everyone" (You can't pleased everyone) ant yet again not using the "likes" button almost at all blocking members with k, and k of posts from becoming "established" members its sad.

So many people posted here thousands of messages that are useful for new members but we can't give them "+", or any "like" cos new members opinion in here is treated less (if not like a garbage) then "established" or paid members one. 1000 People new members could like someones post and still that doesn't matter as they are not "established" members or paid ones.

PS. It is in "established" members BEST interest to expand this place and make new comers feel welcome and useful, to make sure that BST section expands with new jobs and employers. For me tho, it seems like only few established members know how to use "Like" button and even fewer use it at all.
