    MY Domain name and hosting cpanel is Suspended. my hosting company is manashosting. they are are totally block my hosting cpanel id and password and now he will penalty charge Rs.5000 for this issue. but this is not my mistake some other guys hack my site. that upload this some virus. so my main question is every hosting company will do penalize for this type problems.

    You should have to check your webmaster tools in google for check virus. If it is contains really virus, you website will be already banned in Firefox,Opera and Internet Explorer. Manashosting is already having a lot of negative feedback (google it). Why did you go with such stupid hosting?

    Never heard about "manashosting" before. If it is not a problem of yours, I think it is unreasonable to charge such a penalty. Just read the host's TOS before buying hosting from a hosting company.

    Manashosting is Not a Good Web Hosting Provider, Even Their Charges are too High. I don't know why you choose Mnashosting, where there is lots of Other Cheap & Good Host Available.

    If your site was hacked due to a script or application you loaded, then it is your fault. If it was down to a vulnerability in the hosting or operating system, it is the hosts fault.

    Charging for support time may be contraversial to some people, but why shouldn't a host charge for their time to fix a something that isn't their fault? A hosting company isn't a free resource of unlimited help, knowledge and time dealing with issues that aren't directly related to errors with their set-up. A host can't charge you a "penalty" just because your site got hacked - I'd like to see THAT stand up in court - but they can charge you for any time taken to fix the issue if you request their help or they have had to do work as a result of something you did such as upload a vulnerable script or programme.

    I have some trouble first time when i Buy vps server. I searching for small pricing and that cost me very much because, they said that they were attacked by hackers and not have backups and all my sites.

    Now i have vps on hostgator, this is my house small business and I don't have trouble.

    Searching for best company, for good chat and email support and uptime service because good business need that.

    Talk to support team member and explain your problem they are able to detect the origin of virus through FTP log table if some one done that.
