    Hi
I am looking for peoples thoughts on my ad placement and what can be done to improve things. I dont really want to place ads in the middle of the content as that is annoying I think, but am open to other options:
    My site is www.visitusa.com

Your site's concept is basically good, but the fixed design exceeds 1024x768 bringing a horizontal scrollbar.

Many people surf the web with lower resolutions (800x600) so they will see partially your content at first glance.

Firstly, work on your layout and then, I posted a resource which provide you with Adsense templates:

Browsing those availables you can have a better idea of the type of advertising placement that your want.

Thats some very well written and constructed advice, and I definitely agree 100%. Work on your layout to comply with 800x600 resolutions before you do anything.
