    a horizontal link unit under the rectangle ads will help you more.

    That's nice placement. But you should put a horizontal link unit up at the top and make it look like navigation. That would increase your CTR significantly.

    I would suggest changing the font size you are using, try to copy the font size of the ads that way it wont be obvious which is the ad and which is information. just my two cents! goodluck!
