    why not? I would put your visitors first though - and have the menu first, adsense second.

    Fresh content site will have a lot of traffic automatically,
    post you contents to digg, blinklist etc,
    to google
    and to the signature of your forum

    You will get a lot of traffic from these resources at begining, i have 200 unique visitors/day also , just in 2 weeks, because i update my site daily,

    Nice site, if you want more adsense clicks though then move the small banner add from the top and embed it into the content of your posts.
