It's like saying "I want information where to get the best free car". There is no such thing as free and best. It can be one or the other. But, many hosting companies offer "free" deals or 100% discounts to students, military etc. If your plan is to make money, then don't hunt for freebies.

 

i have been using http://neq3hosting.com for the past 6 months. Their servers seem to be stable although their onboard email services arent that great.

 

Free hosting is a ruse, you wind up on shitty IP's on all sorts of blacklists and terrible for any sort of SEO efforts. If you cant drop 5 dollars a month on hosting you are in the wrong business in the first place.

Well for free hosting servers I would say "what pay is what you get". I have used both of these(byethost.comm, 000webhost.com) and after few days of setup it will goes down frequently or intentionally down and say "your website is under review it will come back soon or something like this" site will start again until you submit a ticket and request them to release it. And it happens frequently not once. For suggestion I use a site https://www.namehosty.com/. People are very friendly and their price are very cheap it starts from $1.99. So you can start from there or just google "cheap hosting" you will get a bunch of cheap web hosting services, good luck.
