hai i am working in a webdevelopement company as a php programmer, Can you any one guide me ,starting a webdevelopement company

Online business is a long process that requires dedication and hard work.

1st, I would advice you to give up the idea of leaving your job in order to focus on the online business. ( if you have it already )

2nd, Get youself a good looking website, there is plenty of them out there, if you can make your own it's the best option, make it good looking and interesting, Keep it clean and friendly, you must have the skill since you are a PHP programmer.

3rd, Study the market, you'll have competitors for sure, you are not the only one who is starting this kind of business online, work on your pricings and quality. Prepare a unique portfolio, it's te only way your clients can judge your qualifications.

4th, Now everything is set, and you are ready to go, launch your website, invest on getting some traffic, give away valuable stuff, and give discounts for clients who are comming back, ( these are just examples, you can use other methods and techniques).

5th, be cool, don't hesitate to help newbies or people who dont have cash to pay you for your services, if you gain their hearts, they will recommend you.
