The first thing you'll need to do is export your WordPress blog.
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Go to the Dashboard.
    3. Click on Tools: Export
    4. Export both.
    5. Click on Download Export File.
Your export file will look kinda like this: "yourblog.wordpress.todaysdate.xml" This is an XML file specifically designed as a backup of WordPress content.

You will then need to convert that XML file you just exported
Go here https://code.google.com/p/google-blog-converters-appengine/downloads/list for the conversion tool.
    1. Upload your file using the WordPress to Blogger tool.
    2. Press Convert.
    3. Save your converted file to your hard drive.
In this case, you're going to get a file named "blogger-export.xml." The only thing that's really changed is the XML markup.

Now you just need to import that converted file into Blogger.
    1. Log into Blogger, and go into the settings for your blog.
    2. Go to Settings: Other
    3. Click on Import Blog
    4. You'll need to browse for your blogger-import.xml. (Don't try the original WordPress file. It won't work.) You may need to enter some captcha text. This is to prevent someone from using a script to hack your account and import a bunch of spam posts.
    5. Choose to Automatically Publish your posts.

I think the better question is...why would you want to?! :) I started my personal blog on Blogger and really wish I would have gone with WordPress instead. I think WordPress is so much easier to navigate.

Using the link I posted above you can transfer your blogger to Wordpress too. :)
I think some people might want to do that because of money?

Yup, they will be converted, the only thing it won't do is keep your same theme, so you will have to play around with the setup after you're done importing it...
