I have some advice for you bm4web, as stated above by many members about the click adverts you could use one of those but... One good idea is to make a special V.I.P. in which it includes more opportunity's and advantages of buying V.I.P. or what ever you want to call it. As you said that 90% traffic comes from india. You may want to make you're website more Indian and more cultural which may want to provoke them to buy the V.I.P. from you're website. Maybe you would also like to use Amazon Associates since you're adsense has been banned. Another quick tip, make sure you always use Google Chrome and have adblock enabled so theres no way you can click on you're advertisements which tackles one less worry of getting you're account banned.
