I've blog and it is getting attraction these days, I've been putting a lot of time on it last couple months. I get 3k-4k daily visitor, I try to improve SEO and Social Networking.

However after a while it becomes so repetitive. I feel like I can do other stuff improve my site or change the way of dealing with fb page and seo but I'm clueless. Where should I from here? What should I focus more?

To making some damn money already. My main site has only under 500 UV's a day and that banks quite hard, I guess you'll figure out how to sell something?

Your focus should be on the traffic and how it is converting into income streams. If your site has 1000 visitors a day and is making $500 a month from 1 income stream you need to be looking at income stream number #2 and more traffic.

You also need to make sure you are not putting all your eggs in one basket and that you have multiple income streams.

My suggestion is to communicate with your visitors! Ask them what they feel is good and bad, then automatically you would know what you need to improve upon to make people happier, because they know you care about their opinions and that there is someone real behind this website!

Many people fail to realise that the best way to go about improve something is to ask they people using it. So don't be afraid to ask, you might be surprised at the amount of responses :)

I think the above suggestion is great, ask your visitors - its simple yet perfect to know what you should do with it. Create a poll thats quick and easy for them to answer, lots of plugins for those and / or if your building a list of subscribers you could email them and send them to a survey page.

Another suggestion if it is getting a bit repetitive is to outsource the simple tasks. Its amazing how many things zapp your time up so get someone else to do it and utilise your time elsewhere. Have a think about the tasks that you could get someone else to do, record a video or create a step by step guide instructing how to do them and find someone on oDesk or Freelancer for example to do them for you.

Impossible for us to give you concrete monetization suggestions unless we at least know the niche of the site. I think it's a big mistake that you're waiting to hit the 500k pageviews...monetize it now when it's alive and kicking. As suggested before, do a poll, outsource the simple, repetitive and boring stuff and start throwing up niche related ads. Browse other sites in your niche, look at the PPC ads, check if there is an affiliate program for it, then swipe the banners and put them on your site with your own affiliate link.

Lastly, with so many visitors and strong social profiles you should seriously think about building a community. Doesn't have to be a forum but maybe a membership site. Recurring income is absolutely awesome.

@dsmpub, thank you i've never thought about it. i'll keep that in my mind.

@Howard Lim, i'd like to engage with my fb fans, i try to respond their post asap and i get good responses like you said. i'm choosing most active users every two weeks so i guess that makes them keep coming for posts. however i didn't ask them what they like or not, i'll do that thanks.

@Scott03, i'll definitly outsource but first i need to make money out of my website. it might be funny but that's not about the money. i feel like i need earn the outsource. i dont know if it makes sense.

@J.Anderson, finally i hit 500,000 pageview and i started look for affiliate programs however i think it is gonna be harder than i thought due to my niche which is a kinda of babelog/celeb gallery -nothing nude or porn related-.
membership site? first time i'm hearing this idea. i feel like it's gonna be too much for visitors to signing up for website?

    analytics.jpg

i did couple of tweaks last couple of days, and my pageview and uv went really high. uv 3k-4k to 6k-8k, pageview 10k to 40k-65k. seeing after these stats i feel like i need to outsource someone so i can focus on other stuff.

my blog is posts are about celeb pics, instagram hotties and funny stuff. nothing really new about it but it gets the attention. -nothing nude or porn related-
i made a list thanks to you guys, now i'll try to focus on them.
if you have any other ideas please chip in.
