Proxy Websites - Still good?

    Ok, so I currently just started a proxy website -> IdentityHide.us

    I have ads on it and everything, spent about $27 in total, getting it up and running. $4 domain, $3 hosting, and $20 advertising on Proxy.org.

    [​IMG] There are my currrent stats, for the first 24 hours of it being up. That is with the Proxy.org ad, + 5 top sites i'm on. The adsense revnue so far = $0 though.

    Are these still profitable? Or should I just sell this one and make different websites?

    It's a good name, as someone said.

    You should maybe give it a hook, make it sticky, make it a bit different from the rest. Add something that adds some additional sticky value to the site, an anonymous chatbox, anonymous mail, free storage space, something like that that makes it a bit more of a go-to resource instead of just another proxy site on Proxy.org.

    Means on your proxy site, you are providing reliable services, it shouldn't be too slow, you shouldn't steal browser history, you shouldn't display too many pop-ups and other ads, the name should also look good so that it would be easy for other to remember and your brand name.
