How much money to be consider rich

This question has been bothering me a while. Always see my friend comparing who is richer than who. But, how do you define rich in the first place?

For me, i just made my first million. Border line. However, i do not even consider myself as being rich.

 

It depends who you're asking. In today's world, I can safely assume, being rich (for real) means you have $5,000 000 or more. $500, 000 000 or more will mean you're super rich (and maybe even famous).

 

i agreed. we need to have > $5M in cash. inflation everywhere.

 

Yes,that's true, being rich varies with people,to some people they consider themselves rich with whatever little they have but real richness is as said above by qwikad.com.

 

sometimes i do wonder if being rich can be counted as an objective in life. It just seems that we humans are all being psycho-ed by the money methodology. No money == No Dreams.
