Does adding captions, annotations, etc.. create a new video?

    If I go into one of my videos and add captions, annotations, etc.. does this cause a new copy of the video to be created with them on it? or Does it just save them onto the current video?

    Do you mean on Youtube? You're just editing info for your current video, not creating a new one.

    Yeah, on YouTube, forgot to mention that. :p
    Editing info, description, title, etc.. is fine, but what about adding annotations, captions, sound clips, etc.. ?

    When you edit a video on YouTube, you are still editing the original video. You create a new video by uploading a new video to Youtube.
