    If you are trying to make money by looking for something, then you probably aren't going to make money because everyone is already doing it. Think of something unique.

    Or... find something that is already being done and make it better. Good quality still pays off. Myspace was still alive and kicking until Facebook showed up. Not many people were optimistic about Bing and AdCenter, yet they are afloat and kicking some butt. I agree, there's room for uniqueness, but there's also plenty of room for re-innovation.
