Do you know how long it takes for the average writer to write 2,500 words? I'm not talking about just sitting down and scribbling out uneducated thoughts just to get an article done, but to actually sit there and craft something people will actually want to read?

And all of that work for $87?

As far as that team goes, I can find you a team that could handle 100 articles a day but I'm not going to promise you'll get high quality.

 

Then there's research, trips to the coffee pot, more research, quick potty break, greet the mailman, more research...

2500 words daily is more than plausible - however, at $15 (at normal pace, about $2.25 an hour), not sure exactly why you'd assume anyone from America could survive off that. Ok, actually, I think I have some idea.

Take me to your client. He'll pay Corey, myself and other UK/USA writers what we're worth without a middleman.

 

Then find your clients yourself, I post "at least 5 artcles (2500 words)" not less than 5 articles per day, it could be more than 20 per day.

 

Don't come posting quality US writers for that price. Under .01/word is almost an insult to US writers for that kind of pricing.

The volume isn't the concern, compadre. In fact, more articles will only fill your coffers while we, the writers of the world, get carpal tunnel with no money to buy medication because you're not paying a fair wage.

If you're going to pay clearance prices, you cannot expect the product purchased to be flawless. Pay wages relevant to one's experience (almost 21 years here), and you'll get the content you so desperately seek.

Again, offering subpar wages leaves you, the client, open for such scrutiny.
