    Actually I only go to 2 sites daily. I use DP to make contacts (mostly hiring) and to learn and also to decompress from work related stress. Even though I log on to DP 2-4 times a day, it's only about 30-45 minutes a day in total.
    I also use a French language site to advertise my translation service, and am on there only about 15-30 minutes a day. So all in all about an hour or so, which isn't much considering that I put in 12 hours a day on average working.

    I'm usually on 5 forums for SEO in the same time (including DP). I even deleted my FB account (or parked) because of the waste of time. Google+ I have it on because is directly related with the AdWords account. Twitter no idea why I even made the account there. I do use each day the LinkedIn for keeping me updated with some SEO news that are published there.

    Basically, I use 3 forums first DP and second, third other for SEO on daily basic and Facebook, Twitter also. Because for SEO forum and social media is the best way to increase traffic, backlink, DA value, PR and etc. forum is the best and most popular communication technique for SEO and other. Social Media is the ways for Exchange our information, ideas, problem solution and other some movement. By the SMO we can get more popularity and fame for any type of the sites.

    By the DP I can get many types of the technique and many types of the idea. When I am face some problem then I ask by the DP friend. So I like very much DP.

    I come up here sporadically for things. However, since I am a blogger I spend more time on social media promoting blog posts, services, etc.

    I'm using many social media and forums - that's sites with the biggest audiency in the world - so very good to get big traffic. And there are one of the strongest backlinks we can get there and Matt Cutts confirms it :)
