I've took my time reading all the comments and everyone is telling you that what you're doing is wrong and illegal but you just keep defending it, I don't see the point why you started the thread in first place.

So, if you are not lazy why do you rip off other people's content? The fact other sites do it is a poor excuse. AdSense is terrible for image-based sites, so why bother? It's con-text-ual advertising. Did you spend five minutes writing your business plan on a piece of toilet paper? That's the impression I get from your posts in this thread. You are ignoring your audience (they have probably seen all these images already) and wanting to use an inappropriate advertising system (monetise appropriate to your topic and audience).

First, ignore Agent000, just from reading 12 of his (spammy) posts...I can tell you that he's a moron (he actually thinks that you can go to jail for copyright infringement for starters). Second, the images you are using are copyrighted, as someone says, pick up your phone, maybe grab a second phone, and recreate the texts...However, there is still a question of rule breaking and/or copyright at this point. If you REALLY want to make things work, try adding your own spin on things. Take a joke, pick it apart, and make your own joke from it. Read regular jokes and find ways to spin them in order to create your own unique version. Then you CAN place a copyright watermark on this images. Lastly, and most importantly, as others have mentioned, you need more content on your site. Instead of having a single 'joke' image per page, write up an article that showcases the 'most popular jokes of the day. Give your thoughts on those jokes, while still showing them.

P.S. yes it takes more work, but YES you'll make way more money. Good Luck!

 

I know you can't! I never said anywhere that they would be. I said they "should" be - but I guess your reading skills aren't that good. I just wish they could be sent to jail for it. I spend too much time getting sites taken down that steal my images. Putting those thieves in jail would be a better deterrent to stop the bottom dwelling scumbags that do it..

 

This is the first, and ONLY post where i will directly respond to anything that you say. We both KNOW what you were IMPLYING. My reading comprehension skills are FAR beyond yours, as is my knowledge of Adsense. My advice to you is to take a couple months off from trolling forums, do some self reflection, and come back once you learn to be more constructive, less misleading, and less of an asshole prior to posting again. Of course, i'm not the first to mention this...but then again, most assholes don't actually realize they are assholes because they are too busy being an asshole.

 

Have an Adsense friendly Privacy policy for your blog. Later give it a try, i think you might get approved. Fingers crossed....! What would you say ?

Hello guys, now I changed everything !! The pictures in the site are based customized pictures and original content. Today, i give 4 hours daily to produce new pictures (Photoshop, making iPhone texts online ..) You can take a look and tell me if something runs wrongly www. Fail-texts.com

 

Simple logo not an eye catching one.

 

I am searching hardly for that service that give the iOS7 one. I produce two kind of fail texts the First is Failure quotes and the 2nd about iPhone. I remain looking for that service and the same time working on my habitual duties

 

I only wanna know if it is Ok with AdSense ?
