How much should I expect from 1,000+ impressions?

    Today was a big day for my ads! Today, I got 1,018 impressions on my ads with media.net, the best I've ever gotten in my entire career of running a website. It's still pending to be processed, as it's not official until midnight.

    I can't wait, though! I want to hear your thoughts and also have a couple of questions:

    On November 13th, I got 52 impressions, giving me a revenue of $1.57 for the day, and an RPM of $30.20

    Now I researched and RPM means pay-per-thousand views, correct? So does that mean, by me getting 1,018 impressions, that I just earned over $30? If so, awesome!

    Also, I heard Media.net is a pay-per-view site, but do they have any lean-way if people click on your ads? I know for a fact at least 1 person has clicked on my ads, does that effect the pay rate at all, or is it strictly pay-per-view?

    Around $15-25.

    You get such a huge RPM ? Do you click on your own ads ha ? If so don't do that or else your account will be suspended because Media.net doesn't tolerate low quality traffic that reduces the interest in advertisers.

    I estimated the earnings according to your RPM. I think you didn't get many clicks from that impressions so your RPM was low, isn't it ?

    I think it was a temporary traffic, most probably from a spammy resource. 10 times sudden increase in pageviews can not be a genuine increase.
    BTW, I would change the ad placements. All of your ads are below the fold. Read this if you don't know: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Above_the_fold
