You are more than likely best off learning to work with Wordpress or Joomla, since they have big communities and there's practically documentation, themes and plugins out there for anything you could want to do. Personally I haven't worked much with Joomla so from my own experience I can only recommend Wordpress.

From my experience, go with the Wordpress. Honestly, haven't used Drupal, so I can't really say much about it as I just don't know, but between Joomla and Wordpress, definitely Wordpress. Bigger community, more popular and generally easier to build sites and extend it with basically any feature you can think of.

WP is easy and user friendly for both naive and sophisticated admins.
So, I would like to encourage to use WP.

Joomla is a bit confusing then WordPress. Opt for WordPress and you are way to go.
It has more customisation and more themes then any platform

Hello Web_helper ! I personally use wordpress and i suggest you that you also use wordpress for your new website. Wordpress is very easy to use and also easy to customize. Wordpress is the best CMS(Content Management System). Its give you online editing when you login in it. Wordpress is open source CMS and you can download many plugins for many task.

If its a technical website, I would recommend you to go for the CMS based platform, because in this kind of a website the content updation is a must and being a website built up in CMS does make a better sense for all aspects.
