It probably won't be treated as harshly as new accounts, but it could still be flagged for excessive use.

Myspace is so automated. People just use a software program and send out hundreds of requests per day.

Its good if you want some traffic et cbut if you want to actually use myspace to meet others etc its pretty useless.

Pretty much. Almost all incoming friend requests on my personal account are obviously bot generated. The only real friends I have are the ones I know in real life! And of course vague acquaintences that I knew years ago. But then again I don't put as much time into my personal myspace as a lot of ther people probably do.

Sounds like the beginning of the end. Reminds me of many Google searches: only other webmasters are looking ;)

One recent mass deletion was due to ages being set at 99. Warning messages were sent prior to removal.

Although not being able to send new friend requests or messeges sucks. You are still able to send bulletins out. You may also join groups, and make group posts. So not all is lost. But if you have an account with several thousand, don't simply forget about it. You can still post bulletins from time to time.

Does anybody know how many friends you can accept on each account daily(friend requests that need to be accepted) or if that isn't something to worry about? Thank you..

there is no limit to accepting friends. It's not considered an "action".

Nice looking site you got in the sig, did you design them yourself, and if not who did the design? I was also looking for a script similar to your http://www.scaleme.com/ site.

How many actions does an account get a day before it's flagged? ~400?

They have been very tough the last few weeks, even deleting accounts of legitimate users. I hold most of my accounts still with 3 blocked and one flagged, I try to not accede 200 actions a day and not do anything spammy or offensive.

These days, if you have a good account, be very very careful so you don't lose it. I would even try to stay below 50 per day, before any captcha bypass comes up.

Maybe myspace only bans paranoid people. I pull off 300 friend requests with new accounts and nothing happens. Maybe 1/10 get banned. At most.
