Buying Articles for IT Consulting Client (high quality work needed!)

Hello,

I'm looking for some regular articles and press release for an IT Consulting client in CA USA.

I will need high quality work and will only work with good English speakers for this recurring job as we need good content to help with seo and advertising etc.

Please let me know your price along with previous work so I can check you can offer what's required. This will be a continuous job for at least the next 3-4 months and will require a minimum of 3 articles and 1 press release each month, so please quote for:
3 articles
1 press release
all 400-500 words each

Maximum budget each month for these is $40 but will need to be of very good quality to vouch for the payment.

Once I have picked the right candidate for the job I will give you the site which these are needed for so you may do some research into what they do, in order to give quality content related to the services offered.
